This mentorship is designed to connect you to your Truth so you may expand into your fullest, most Authentic expression — whatever that looks like to you, my friend.
We will tap into that inner Fire, that inner voice, that inner artist as we release trauma, dissolve shame and expand into all that we're here to be.
Inside, you will experiment with,
Getting clear on your values and finding the courage to embody them,
Making space for the big questions that hold your widest Truths,
Breaking free from patterns that are keeping you small,
Expanding our capacity to handle discomfort,
Feeling the rush of achieving what once felt untouchable,
Pursuing your dreams with radical self-belief.
In this work, we will draw closer to your innate authenticity by (1) learning the languages of the body (2) creating space for what’s true to emerge and (3) orienting toward grace, love and acceptance.
This mentorship will offer compassionate space to notice, reflect and make supportive choices amid the fierceness you’re swirling in. We will have three sessions a month, and you will also have 24/7 access to me through messaging and voice note support for regular check-ins. The mentorship is a commitment of at least three months.
